✨A special Love Story InExeter✨
Here it is, the first in our nine-part #SomethingSpecial wedding film series, following the journey of Exeter couple Sharifa and Jess as they prepare for their wedding. These heart touching films are narrated by the couple, sharing their love letters to each other – so make sure your sound is on.🔊

#SomethingSpecial celebrates the big and the small Exeter city centre businesses that each play an important part in making couple’s wedding days so unique and special.

If you’re planning a wedding, come and explore what Exeter has to offer with us, the home of all things local for planning your perfect day!

Each week we’ll catch up with Sharifa and Jess, who got engaged earlier this year, as they visit different businesses in the city to plan their special day.

In this week’s film discover Fore Street’s The Press House for hand-pressed wedding invitations by Melissa and great coffee by Dan, South Street’s Trugs Florist for gorgeous blooms created by Ed and Gandy Street Exeter’s The Cork and Tile Portuguese for a beautiful handmade wedding cake by Neil and Ana.

Sharifa and Jess, thank you for being our love story 💖

This week we continue the story of Jess and Sharifa, in our film series #SomethingSpecial, a love story InExeter. From planning their wedding day to hearing about the moments that got them here – family, friends and patience.

This week the couple visit Fore Street’s plant-based café Exeter Sacred Grounds for a spot of coffee and wedding planning, New Bridge Street’s gender-inclusive, vegan barbershop The Roots Foundation for a hair consultation and we meet a special guest who pops into Gandy Street’s Mantis for a piece of contemporary silver jewellery for the big day.
